Delete Your Nail-It Account

This page lets you delete your account for Nail-It (package com.nailit.art on Google Play) — or request deletion of some of your data without closing your account. You can request either right here, no app needed, or delete your account from inside the app.

Request Account or Data Deletion

Fill in the email address registered to your Nail-It account and choose what you want deleted. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

What should we delete?

Prefer email? Send your request to nailit2525@gmail.com with your username and registered email address.

Or Delete Through the App

  1. 1Open the Nail-It app
  2. 2Log in to your account
  3. 3Go to Profile → Edit Profile
  4. 4Tap on “Delete Account”
  5. 5Confirm your request

In-app deletion takes effect immediately: your account and personal data are permanently deleted.

What Is Deleted

  • •Your profile and personal information
  • •Your uploaded photos and nail designs
  • •Your moodboards and chat messages
  • •Your login credentials — the account cannot be recovered

If you ask us to delete only specific data, we delete the data you name and keep the rest of your account intact. Residual copies in our backups are purged within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer only where required by law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
