By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
Users may upload images, nail designs, text, and other materials (“User Content”).
You confirm that:
- You own the content or have legal rights to use it.
- The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
License to Nail It
You retain ownership of your content.
However, you grant Nail It a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to:
- Use
- Display
- Modify
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Publish
- Promote
Your content for:
- App functionality
- Marketing
- Social media
- Advertising
- Commercial collaborations
- Affiliate partnerships
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload:
- Nudity or sexual content
- Hate speech, harassment, violence
- Profanity
- Spam or unauthorized advertising
- Content of minors
- Images of people without consent
- Copyrighted material without permission
We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.
5. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.
We are not responsible for the content of advertisements.
Third-party advertisers may collect device identifiers and usage data according to their own privacy policies.
6. Affiliate & External Links
The App may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers or service providers.
If you click on such links and make a purchase, Nail It may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Nail It:
- Does NOT manufacture products
- Does NOT sell products
- Does NOT control third-party sellers
- Does NOT guarantee product quality
All purchases are made directly with the third-party retailer.
Nail It is NOT responsible for:
- Product quality
- Shipping or delivery issues
- Refunds or exchanges
- Allergic reactions
- Product safety
- Any damages or losses related to third-party products
Any claim regarding a product must be directed to the external seller.
7. AR / Visual Simulation Disclaimer
Any visual simulations, previews, or design representations within the App are for demonstration purposes only.
Actual results may vary.
Nail It is not responsible for cosmetic results, product reactions, or user dissatisfaction.
8. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time.
Upon deletion, user data is removed according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, software, and design elements of the App are the exclusive property of Nail It.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
Nail It shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use of the App
- Third-party services
- External purchases
- Advertisements
- User-generated content
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
