If you wish to delete your Nail It account, you can do so directly from within the app.
Option 1: Delete Through the App
1. Open the Nail It app
2. Log in to your account
3. Go to Profile → Edit Profile
4. Tap on “Delete Account”
5. Confirm your request
Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you are unable to access the app, please contact us by email:
Please include:
• Your username
• Your registered email address
• A request to delete your account
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Happens After Deletion
After your account is deleted:
• Your personal information will be permanently removed
• Your profile, photos, and content will be erased
• Your account cannot be recovered
Some data may be retained temporarily if required by law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
